Welcome to NFTDrops!
Over the last six months, NFTs have experienced a meteoric rise. There has been continuous innovation in the space, from CryptoKitties to the tokenization of tweets through Cent. The number of NFT collectors and platforms has grown dramatically while some NFTs have sold for nearly seven figures.
While NFTs are an exciting space to dive into, new collectors may find it challenging to navigate. When someone begins getting into digital art, they first grapple with the concept of an NFT and how to value digital assets. Additionally, there are a multitude of different platforms and a breadth of artists. For someone looking to begin their digital art journey, there are thousands of questions: what should I buy? what makes a good investment? What drops should I go for?
Navigating the space can be challenging for even experienced collectors. Due to the relative youth of the NFT world, there is significant information asymmetry when it comes to drops. Even the most vigilant will likely miss opportunities due to the sheer volume of information across platforms. And as the NFT community grows, this deluge will only widen.
